I simply cannot believe that my tiny baby girl is now three years old.

You have blossomed over the past three years into this amazing little person. Your language skills are incredible. People often stop us to ask how old you are after they hear you talking. Even your pediatrician raves over how well you talk. You use such complex sentences and most of the time they are correct. There are still a few things that you say that I refuse to correct:
- upstairps - this will always be my favorite
- gamote - (remote) I think you just learned this one wrong and it stuck. It's pretty stinking cute when you get mad (did I just say that) after I have told you, "no TV." You yell, "I want the gamote" and I can't help but laugh.
- folor (color) - I will never correct this one. I love to folor with you, Lily Bean
March
You continue to eat very well and explore new foods all the time. We recently discovered a new one to add to the "I can't believe she eats that" list: OYSTERS. Being in Charleston, we have frequented many oyster roasts, and it only took one for you to love them. Daddy now has double duty while shucking, but I don't think he minds. I can't tell you how proud this makes your Papa. Now all we have to do is teach you to play poker and you and Papa can be best buds.
April
You are not yet potty trained, but I believe you are getting closer everyday. You just don't quite get the sensation yet, but it won't be long now (or so I keep telling myself).
May
You have continued to have a few episodes of asthma during colds this year including one that landed us in the ER. The triage nurse got a kick out of you asking for a nebulizer. You do so good with these treatments - thank goodness for Sesame Street to entertain you.
June
You have an amazing genuine affection for your sister. I knew you would love her, but I had no idea how much. You constantly are taking care of her, and have yet to get jealous or upset with her. If she is holding something you want, you will go fetch another toy for her to hold instead of just taking what you want. If she is crying, you will do your best to make her happy. Sarah Ellen lights up when she first sees you. I love when you sweetly talk to her and call her your, "little Bee Bug."
July
You graduated easily to a big girl bed. We first converted your crib into a toddler bed, but it didn't take long to move right to the big girl bed. You look so tiny in that huge bed. You continue to take a good afternoon nap. Often you will play and read in bed for an hour before falling asleep.
August
You love school. I love to secretly watch you on the playground with your friends before I pick you up. You always tell me what you had for snack, who went on the potty, and who went to time out. You are learning your letters, numbers, and most importantly about Jesus. I hear you in your bed singing all about the Bible.
September
You are three years old and have only had three hair cuts ever. I don't see pony tails in our near future.
October
You are becoming quite the little dancer and I have to get you enrolled soon. I'm not sure where you are learning your moves, but I see a little ballerina emerging. You put on a princess dress, turn on your music and twirl and spin all around the house.
November
You love puzzles and have now graduated to 25 piece puzzles. You also love to "folor" and still have a great time with play doh. Your pretend play. A few weeks ago you said, "I'm going to be Mrs. Camen (Cameron). You them proceeded to talk to an imaginary group about baptism, which is what her children's sermon was on two weeks before.
