Day of Shows–Part 2

Our second program on the day was Lily’s dance demonstration.  Lily is half way through her second year of dance.  Her teacher puts together a demonstration so we can see the progress the little dancers are making.  This year her class focus is ballet and tap.

Sarah Ellen and Olivia provided the pre-show entertainment.   Proud grandparents!    Olivia:  “Hmm, Sarah Ellen, what is in that bag.”    Sarah Ellen:  “Looks like candy to me, Liva.”    Olivia:  “Sure does look good.”

Now, on to the big performance.

    Lily taking a bow.    The first half of the show was ballet.  Somehow, two teachers took all these little dancers and changed them from ballet slippers to tap shoes in about two minutes.  They must know magic.    Dancing queens.
