Lily is absolutely amazing us with her language. She comes up with some very long sentences, and correctly uses adverbs and adjectives. Caroline was amazed the other day when Lily said, "Cecine (pronounced Keykine) can you hold my Lovey so I can play with Margaret Anne and Abigail." I am so used to talking to her everyday that I haven't realized how complicated her sentences can be. She can come up with some good ones.
Tonight before bed she said, "Will you hand the Richard Scary book to Daddy, Mommy." Later she said, "she's fixing that clock first, then she will fix that clock."
We also get a laugh out of her very southern accent. She can turn a one syllable word into three. We tried to catch her southern drawl on video.
