This afternoon we took advantage of the beautiful weather and gathered outside our house for an impromptu neighborhood play date.
Margaret Anne and Lily hanging out in the new jeep. Notice Bailey in the back giving the jeep a good inspection. I think he was very excited to have a buddy with a matching jeep. Our neighbors recently passed on this awesome toy to us. I haven't gotten a new battery for it yet, but I think I may hold off as the kids still love to play with it just like this.
Lily and Margaret Anne taking a little break
Thank goodness Sarah Ellen was content to hang out in her exersaucer most of the time. Outside playtime is a little more challenging now that she is mobile.
I don't think Olivia moved from this red square the entire time.
Our newest neighborhood pal. Sweet little Ellie was oblivious to all of the fun taking place around her. Welcome Miss Ellie and we look forward to many more play dates with you.
Time to jump. Lily and MA decided it was a little much for them, but Mills hung right in there with the big kids.
Lily needed a little Lovey break and her twin came to keep her company.
Hmm? Notice anything different about the jump castle. Yep, the Smith boys have arrived! Why jump in the castle when you can jump over it?
Driving buddies. Something about these jeeps tug at my heart. The kids instantly look so big sitting side by side in their cars.
Olivia is still on her red square. Enjoy it while it lasts, Caroline.
Margaret Anne is applauding Lily's dance show.
The O'B's were lucky enough to have late naps, but joined us for dinner. Hope and Lily were making sure I prepared everything correctly.
Thanks everyone for a great afternoon and evening. Nancy, I agree: this is just what I envisioned when we moved to this neighborhood. Molly, that house is still for sale....
