Technically Grandmom doesn’t turn 90 until September, but we are celebrating in June when we can all be together. Grandmom really does like a celebration. The year she turned 80 happened to be the year James and I got married and I believe I was in a bit of trouble for stealing her thunder.
I am truly amazed that this one woman is responsible for this entire group of people. We love you Grandmom and you are an inspiration to all of us.
At the party, we enjoyed a meal and family time together.
We then gathered to sing Happy Birthday and A Bushel and A Peck, a song my grandmother sang to all of us when we were little.
