The month of June brought more visitors and more fun. This month Lily started cooing, sucking her thumb, and reaching for objects. She weighed in at 12'9" and was 23 " long. I finally stopped writing down every time she ate and how much. Lily began getting very fussy with feedings, and we finally figured out that she had silent reflux. Things improved greatly with the help of Prevacid. This was the first of many of our medical mysteries. I've come to learn that children are one big science experiment. I sure hope we get an A!
Paige and Riley came to play one afternoon. It is ironic to think that Riley's daddy and Lily's daddy used to play together at this age.
Riley, don't let Lily's daddy see you doing that in 15 years.
Lily must have been a bad girl.
Friends for life.
Ain't she stinking cute?
Hollywood, here we come!
Lily's first trip to the beach. It wasn't the prettiest of days, but we had a great time anyway. Lily even took a nap in her tent.
Hanging out with Papa.
"Mom, if you turned me around, I could see that TV better."
Lily began sucking her thumb which soon became a great thing because she could soothe herself back to sleep. I'll pay for braces one day for a good night sleep now.
See how they grow. Austin, Margaret Anne, and Lily hanging out at Mommy and Me at Brittlebank Park.
Chris, Sandy, Jackson, and Cooper came down from Richmond to visit.
