Day with Daddy

James and Lily are going to have some fun weekends ahead of them together. This morning they went to the beach with Thomas and his daddy. Thomas' daddy works out of town during the week, so they are sharing some time together as well, and giving Thomas' mommy a much needed break. I made sure Daddy packed the camera - he has to take over as the paparazzi.

Daddy said that it got a little chilly so Lily needed to wrap up a bit.

After the beach, the crew headed to Chick-fil-a for lunch. When they got home, Lily picked up a hat that I had just knitted and decided to model it for us. She then went down for a three hour nap. Isn't the beach great?





I think Daddy was a little worn out from the morning as well. Even the Masters couldn't keep him awake.


James and Lily are now out planting tomatoes in the gardern. I love that they both love to spend so much time together. Lily loves her Daddy, and he is so wonderful with her. I know they both will cherish this special time together.
