Happy Birthday Cameron

The baby in our group turned 30 yesterday and we surprised her with an adult night out.  What she thought would be a quiet dinner with her hubby turned into a loud and boisterous evening that lasted until 2 AM.  I discovered today what I already knew:  we are too old for this.  But I would not have traded this night for the world.  My cheeks still hurt from laughing so hard.  I am blessed to have each of these people in my life and I love you all dearly.  Happy Birthday sweet Cameron!DSC_0002-2DSC_0004-1 DSC_0005DSC_0007-1DSC_0001-2 DSC_0013-1 DSC_0014 DSC_0015 DSC_0017 DSC_0018DSC_0021DSC_0024Our waiter wasn’t exactly the best, so Jason took matters into his own hands.  DSC_0026Cameron’s surprise dessert that Allan so eloquently described as a “dumpling gone bad.”

And yes, that would be Allan sitting in a car seat.  I was perched in one next to him.  Caroline’s dad came to pick us up out at Folly at 2 in the morning.   I guess you never stop being a parent.
