Cirque De Soleil

This morning the girls and I enjoyed some lazy time watching shows and lounging around.  Daddy, of course, was up and exercising.

We ate lunch at The Earl of Sandwich and walked around the Miracle Mile – a shopping mall in Planet Hollywood.  I am amazed that this mall contained the exact same stores as the mall in the Venetian a few blocks away!

We enjoyed the pool for a bit until the rain drove us back to the room.  We set up a game of Ticket To Ride, but the girls didn’t want to play.  While James and I played, Lily read her book and SE danced around the room (note from James - Taryn won, again).

We enjoyed the Cirque de Soleil “O” show tonight.  It was outstanding.  As it was set over a giant pool, it included acrobats, divers, and synchronized swimmers.  The set was out of this world.  Somehow it changed from a dry floor, to a deep pool, to shallow water.  It was completely mesmerizing!

On the way back to the room, James handed me a twenty-dollar bill and told me to win some money.  And I did!!!  In five minutes, I won $201.00!  He took the girls up and I played a little longer.  I totally get the addiction part of gambling.  Just hit it one more time.  I could pay for our trip.  I haven’t lost any yet.  With all these thoughts going through my head, I forced myself to hit the cash out button!
