SeaWorld

Today we hit SeaWorld.  Although we were SeaWorld rookies, we made no rookie mistakes today!  We parked quickly, checked in with our eTickets, grabbed a map and we were off.  The shows were our priority for this day, but we were able to do it all: shows, rides and playtime.  We were worried about the weather (90% chance of rain), but it could have not been more perfect.  There was no rain, no crowds, no waits.  It was a perfect day!
The first show we watched was Sea Lion High.  The girls loved it.  It was cute skit with the sea lions Clyde and Seymore as the stars.
On our way to the next show, we stopped to play a bit.
The girls were at first a little wary of this obstacle course play area, but as soon as I said, "this is like America Ninja Warrior," they were off!
Check out this suspended tube and check out who was the first one through.
SE was hesitant to go through, but Lily encouraged her and helped her across.  Lily is such a thoughtful and caring big sister.  As they played and explored together, it reminded me how thankful I am that they have each other.
On our way to the next show, Lily decided to stand close while watching the log ride come splashing down.
Just chilling' out waiting for the next show
We next watched the ski show.  These folks could do some pretty amazing things on the water.
Daddy getting ready to ride The Great White.  He emptied his pockets this time!
This is SE most anywhere we go - always 10-20 feet behind us.  Just waking, looking and smelling the roses.  While most of the time we are calling her to hurry up, we occasionally admire her carefreeness.
Next up: Azul.  This show featured the beluga whales, dolphin, acrobats, divers and synchronized swimmers.  Sarah Ellen has officially decided she wants to be an acrobat at SeaWorld.
I love how SE can be found on her daddy's lap at all the shows!
Next to see Shamu in One Ocean.  These creatures are beautiful, majestic and enormous!
For once SE is smiling and Lily is making the crazy face.
We finally had lunch and enjoyed some AC.  Before the next show, we found a shaded playground for the girls to play on while we sat and watched.  The final show for the day was Pets Ahoy.  It featured dogs, cats, mice, birds, ducks, a pig and a skunk.  I was amazed at how they trained the cats to be a part of the show.  Afterwards we were able to meet some of the stars.
I hope Lily still has fingers after this trip.
We finished the park off with some splash time.
The girls were begging to eat at Maggiano's again.  We were a little hesitant being wet and all.  I called and they said come on in!  We rolled in about 8 and enjoyed another yummy Italian meal.
Our hearts were in Charleston today.
